India shines at 95th Academy Awards while “Everything Everywhere All at Once” dominates the night

The 95th Academy Awards saw India win two trophies, including Best Original Song for RRR’s Naatu Naatu and Best Documentary Short Subject for The Elephant Whisperers. The awards ceremony, held in Hollywood, was attended by several prominent Indian film personalities, including Deepika Padukone, who looked stunning in a black Louis Vuitton gown and presented the live performance of Naatu Naatu at the event. She is the third Indian to present at the Oscars after Persis Khambatta and Priyanka Chopra. The team behind RRR, including director SS Rajamouli and actors Ram Charan and Jr NTR, were also present. Meanwhile, Everything Everywhere All at Once, which received 11 nominations, won seven Oscars, including Best Picture, Best Director, and Best Actress for Michelle Yeoh.
